Exchange Policy

We want your first order to be perfect! If the pant strap on your very first order isn’t the correct size when you receive it, we’re happy to exchange it for the right size.

Snap orders cannot be exchanged.

This one-time exchange applies only to pant straps from your initial order. After this first exchange, we cannot offer further exchanges on strap orders.

We’re so confident you’ll love our products that we offer a “Love It” Guarantee on your very first order. If, for any reason, our products aren’t exactly what you’re looking for, you can return your entire order for a full refund, and we’ll even cover the return shipping costs.
