Damages/Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We want your first order to be perfect! If the Pant Straps on your very first order isn't the correct size when you receive it, we're happy to exchange it for the right size. Dragon Drops cannot be exchanged.

This one-time exchange applies only to Pant Straps from your initial order. After this first exchange, we cannot offer further exchanges on strap orders.

Refunds/Returns
We're so confident you'll love our products that we offer a 7-day "Love It" Guarantee on your very first order, beginning the day you receive it! If, for any reason, our products aren't exactly what you're looking for, you can return your entire order for a full refund, and we'll even cover the return shipping costs!

To be eligible for a refund/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a refund/return, you can contact us at snpstrydsgnsadmn@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards!
